Bootcamp
At Wittenberg, Amsterdam

 Lorna has been running her boot camp in Amsterdam for over 10 years. With her early morning session, she will get your energy levels up before you head to work to help you have a better and more productive day. By working on improving fitness, you will be put through your paces with strength training as well as cardio exercises. Where necessary, she can adapt exercises for all levels. The boot camps are one-hour long outdoor group training sessions which consist of a mix of strength and cardio activities.

As a Wittenberg guest you can enjoy our in-house timetable of Bootcamp classes with Lorna from Wilson's Workouts. Enoy a high intensity, full body workout which takes place at Wittenberg throughout the week.
